How do I choose between a french clip or alligator clip? TOP

• We recommend using the alligator pinch clips for babies and girls with very thin/fine hair. The alligator clips can be used to slide in the hair alone. You have the option of lining or not lining our alligator clips.If your child has thin or fine hair we suggest you line the alligator clips. The french snap barrette works best for girls who have long or thick. 
  

How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP

Orders ship within 5 - 15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Large orders of 15 or more bows will take an additional 5 -10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process. This time could increase during the holidays. The does not include the time it takes to receive the order once we ship it. Please refer to the "Shipping Rate" section for estimated arrival times.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. ALL products on our web site are made-to-order (to your specifications).  Due to the custom nature of our web site, nothing is mass produced and therefore, not returnable.  You will receive a custom and handmade product each and every time you order!

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept Paypal payments . We process all online credit card payments through paypal. We also accept checks and money orders. Checks will be held until cleared by the bank (this could take 5 - 7 business days).

Are the ends of your bows sealed to prevent fraying? TOP

Yes, each and every end of our bows are sealed using professional techniques.

Do you accept Rush Orders? TOP

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? TOP

Once we ship your order and receive confirmation from the postal service that it was delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We would encourage you to purchase insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us after you place your order.
